"Fantabulous No Sugar Added
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Jif No Sugar Added Peanut Butter 1/4 cup Shedd's Spread
1/2 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Alternative sweetened with Erythritol
3/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Alternative sweetened with Erythritol
2 Extra Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees
Line cookie sheets with Parchment PaperCombine flour, baking soda salt and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside.
Using a mixer, beat Peanut Butter, Country Crock, Swerve Granulated and Brown Sugar Alternatives and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, beating till well mixed. Gradually beat in flour mixture by hand or with a mixer till well blended.
Drop by rounded tablespoon on to baking sheets lined with Parchment Paper.
Then drop 1" size balls with teaspoon, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets lined with Reynolds Parchment Paper. Flatten cookies with a fork.
BAKE for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 42 cookies
