1 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/4 cup Splenda Stevia (100% Natural No Calorie Sweetener replaces sugar)
1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Alternative sweetened with Erythritol
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Extra Large Egg
1 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Stevia Sweetened Premium Baking Chips with no sugar
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl and set aside.
Using a mixer, beat softened butter, Splenda Stevia, Swerve Brown Sugar and vanilla
extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add egg, beating till well mixed.
Gradually beat in flour mixture till well mixed. Stir in with a spoon or by hand
the Lily's Baking Chips. Drop by rounded
tablespoon on to baking sheets lined with Reynolds Parchment Paper.
BAKE for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 30 cookies
